There are five bedrooms in the main house, with luxury amenities like sitting rooms, king beds, gorgeous views of the gardens, and adjoining ensuite bathrooms. There are two additional bedrooms in the guest cottage that look onto the Villa’s terrace, furnished in the same luxury style. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans and are suited for two guests maximum.

Main House

Bedroom 1: The first floor master bedroom is the height of luxury. The bedroom opens directly onto the terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset. Additionally, the room features a plush king-sized bed, and a lavish ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and vanity.

Bedroom 2: This first-floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed, views into the lush gardens, and a luxury ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Bedroom 3: This room is located on the ground floor, with a queen-sized bed, terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Bedroom 4: This is another ground floor bedroom, featuring two single beds that can be made up as a king-sized bed. The room has terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Bedroom 5: This is another ground floor bedroom, featuring two single beds that can be made up as a king-sized bed. The room has terrace access, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.

Guest Cottage

Casablanca has its own private outdoor infinity pool, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Pool towels are available from the Villa.

Spend the perfect afternoon in Casablanca’s 20-metre infinity pool. Located in the heart of the Villa, surrounded by the bar, the lounge, the gazebo, and the gym, the infinity pool is the ultimate gathering place. The pool deck has plenty of comfortable chairs so you can soak up some golden rays, and there are umbrellas so you can have a break from the sun too. Casablanca provides fresh towels, and our staff can provide your favourite refreshments and snacks to create a truly luxurious experience.

The terrace surrounding the pool is large enough for parties with your friends and family at the Villa. Connect to the Sonos sound system to play your favourite playlists, enjoy refreshing rum punch on the lounge chairs, and get ready to have a blast with your guests.

The pool offers a view of the Sandy Lane Old Nine golf course, and it’s the best spot to enjoy a spectacular sunset. In the evening, the sky brightens with stars, making it a very romantic place. For the family, a fun way to enjoy the magnificent sky is to download the Skyview app, to try to identify the constellations and planets.

We urge guests to be cautious around our pool, as we do not provide pool attendant services.

Casablanca was built to bring the breathtaking Bajan landscape to you. Along with spacious terraces, the Villa features an open-air verandah with a formal dining area and outdoor living room. Not only are these spaces perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon with family and friends, they are also perfect for work retreats and wedding receptions.

A bar is located just off the verandah, and our staff can prepare customized cocktails or classic drinks based on your preferences. A barbeque area and gazebo are located off of the pool deck, perfect for relaxing in the shade.

Inside, the classic coastal design continues with arched entries and stunning décor. A living room and second dining room lead into the gourmet kitchen. Additionally, there is a media room with a library and a collection of movies and games.

Casablanca is surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, perfect for picnicking, strolling, and discovering native Bajan plants. Take a tour of the gardens and learn more about the varieties of trees and plants that you see!

Take the time to discover the vibrant life within the garden, from the hummingbirds flitting during the day to the fireflies dancing at night. A variety of creatures enjoy the peaceful haven we’ve created. In the morning or late afternoon, keep an eye out for the monkeys—they often visit and add to the garden’s lively charm!

Another hidden gem: Our chef has his own herb garden, and he will be delighted to tell you more about it.

Casablanca offers plenty of amenities to make your stay picture perfect, including a private fitness room, pickleball court, media room, and more!

The Villa has many digital amenities perfect for rainy days and slow evenings, including an Apple Box, cable TV, a DVD player, and smart HD TVs. Additionally, the entire Villa is equipped with high-speed wifi making work trips a breeze and making it easy to stay connected online during your vacation. You can also download your favourite magazines and newspapers on PressReader for free, with Casablanca’s subscription.

The media room is equipped with plenty of games, perfect for a competitive evening! Play a round of backgammon, chess or checkers. A digital piano is also on hand in the media room if musical inspiration strikes, and you can play your favourite songs on the Sonos audio system.

It’s easy to stay active at the Villa. Work out in the private fitness room, with state-of-the-art workout equipment, play a game of tennis or pickleball in the outdoor court, challenge your friend in a ping-pong tournament, or go for a run along the trails around the property.

Casablanca’s location is an amenity in itself! The Villa has exclusive beach access at Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club—complete with private cabanas and close proximity to Holetown, where you can try restaurants and explore other Bajan attractions. The Villa is located on the Old Nine Golf Course, for added convenience, and you can be playing golf on the course in minutes.

We also pride ourselves on having a private, secure property. Casablanca is a gated property with a security system and a garage.

Staff Availability and Job Descriptions:

Casablanca’s Property  Manager is available on call, whenever you require their services.

The butler is available seven days a week.

His schedule can be adjusted according to your needs, within the designated service hours. He will assist with meal planning, oversee table settings, and serve drinks and food. He will also answer any questions you have about vacation planning or other vacation needs during your stay. If he doesn’t have the answer, he will know somebody who will!

Our gourmet chef is also available seven days a week, and his hours can also be adjusted to suit your needs. If you are traveling with your own chef, we will be glad to have them in our kitchen, but please be aware that our home chef will remain the main chef.

Casablanca’s gardener is available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and he keeps the gardens in impeccable condition.

The housekeeper is also available seven days a week. She ensures that the Villa is clean and tidy, and can take care of any cleaning services you require. Laundry services are available seven days a week as well, and the laundry staff can wash your bedding, towels, and clothing as required. Please note that our laundry service includes regular washing only. If you have garments that require special care, such as dry cleaning, these will not be included in the provided laundry service.

Pool maintenance occurs every Monday and Thursday.
